Baby Diapering is one of those things that is going to take some practice to learn, but once you do you'll be set to go! Since our site is all about baby products, we're not going to get too much into the methods and practices of diaper changing, but we'll give you some good advice from places who do!
Family.com, run by Disney, has a
Diapering How-to section that is great for a new parent, or for anyone presented with the chellenge of changing a newborn.
Not all babies, for one reason or another, will be using disposable diapers, though. So while it's not terrifically hard to find
cloth diapers, and frequently their packages will have instructions on the back, we also found a great guide for
how to change a cloth diaper.
The items that you'll need for diaper changing are pretty simple: a new diaper, some diaper wipes or a warm, wet washcloth, probably a new change of clothes, maybe some baby powder to keep things dry in there depending upon the diaper being used, a clean flat surface, a changing pad, and maybe some rags to clean up any extra messes.
