All About Baby Products is a site that's meant to help provide some insight into the sometimes overwhelming world of baby products. Our staff will be providing general information guidelines about what you'll need to help you care for your baby, which characteristics experts recommend that you keep in mind when deciding on an item, and we'll do our best to provide reviews of various baby products from our own testing and experience.

While we hope to provide you with some valuable information, we'd actually rather hear what you have to say about the various products you've used or tried. Whether you liked it or hated it, we want you to share your experience.

Yes, a lot of shopping comparison sites allow you to do this, but that requires you to be visiting the same site that others have purchased from. Or else it requires a lot of research to try to find whatever you're looking for. Our goal here is to provide what information we can, and to collect information from anyone and everyone else! We want to offer a centralized resource for researching and comparing baby products, but we need your help to build it!

The first stage of the All About Baby Products website will be us writing content to try to generate some useful information. This is going to involve us selecting products, gathering information, and providing as much detail as we possibly can about anything we've selected.

The second stage will be where you, the visitor, come in. We'd like for you to register in our Forums and start writing about things you have experience with. The Forums will be moderated to prevent spam and offensive material, but we encourage companies who have baby products of legitimate value to post their items here as well. Just be ready to take the heat if the public doesn't like your stuff! Our goal, though, is to promote positive experiences to provide families with new babies helpful suggestions of what baby products are good or valuable, not to pile up bashings of negative ones.

The third stage will be to tie it all together. This may or may not be easy to do based on the technology, but we're going to give it our best shot! This stage will create a catalog of items that is easy to browse through and compare ratings, read and add comments, or find where it's available.
